What is this fitting thing for off the TB?

You can see the black plastic fitting deal on the left of the pic with screws in it.

if you are referring to the round shapped item on the left, that is screwed into the brake booster fiitting, that is a hobbs pressure switch.

Unused hobbs switch.

Either it had an ATR dual fuel pump on it, or someone was using it for alky.

Yes, the black round thing. It used to look like this when I bought it, but a friend up in Waco got it up and running and removed some of the aftermarket items.

If you can see it, it has 2 lines connected to it. Thanks for the help guys.

Most likely it was for a boost gauge, but could have been for a Kenne Bell Boost-a-pump. This device increases voltage to the fuel pump at a preset boost pressure.
