My buddies 89 Mustang when my truck was stock, with my exaust hanging right before the cat Slight overboosting issue with that, it was fun though cause his stang was running low 12's and my brick was stock.

i lost to a turbo wrx and i found a kid out on town that put a turbo on a 2.2l 5 spd sonoma ext cab we went down the highway from 30mph he beat me on the go but i got ahead of him till 110mph then he started pulling away alittle at a time

I lost to an Caddy STS from a roll outside of East Lansing. That was when I realized my detonation was causing problems. Needless to say, I'm in the middle of a build right now... 2+ years in the making. :tdown:

I also lost to an Aston Martin on the highway somewhere in Canada, heading to NY.

Lost to a couple of Z06 Vettes and a WS6. The first Z06 was when my truck was stock with a broken IC pump, back when I first got it. I could stay with him until he hit 2nd and then he'd pull away. The other Z06 wasn't long ago and I blew him away from a dead stop, but then we went from a 45mph roll and he walked by me around 90mph. WS6 was from a dead stop and he caught me by 85mph. I've done a lot to the truck since then and have had too many kills to count. I raced a WRX with heavy mods a couple years ago and it was basically a dead heat 3 times in a row. Lots of fast cars out there, not just Sy/Ty trucks.

I lost to a buddy's '04 Mach1 (drag radials, exhaust w/ cutouts) on a sub 40?F night.

We caught the front of a red light amongs a group of local cars guys as everyone was heading out to race. The SOB actually matched my launch (we ran away from everyone behind us) and by the end of the intersection (when he got traction) he just stomped me.

He's a hell of a driver and I think the car runs bottom 13s high 12's based on others he's beaten. He was pretty pumped afterwards, not so much at beating me (I knew he would) but that he matched my launch on such a COLD night. :rotf:

Oh well. Once I get my truck on alky and tuned to 20psi or so we'll have another go at it. :tup:

I lost to a VW bug that was built for bracket racing (I saw it low 7's in the 1/8th). It actually pulled the front wheels. :lol:

Does it count if you personally lose to your truck? Everytime I try to accomplish something on that wretched heap I get my a$$ kicked. Broken thumb, lost finger nails, then in its latest bit of trickery, it showed the devils presence by catching on fire.

i lost to a zr-1. it beat me by at least 10 cars. but its all good because it was my zr-1 and my dad was driving my syclone. he took me till bout 20 then i left it like it was sitting still. bout the only thing i lost to. its kinda wierd racing you own car. but its kool because even if you lose your losing to your car so theres no hard feelings LOL.

Lost to a lightning on the freeway (I know dumbass) when i was drinving the truck home from Nevada after buying it. But he didnt pull on me to hard and i found out the next day that my fuel filter was completly plugged and the air filter had about 1/4" of grime on the front of it. hahaha, My girl was laughing at me and clowning me for getting beat by a big ford pig truck. I was quite upset...

50th anny z06 from a 60 roll. He's one of my good friends and I knew what was going to happen. We were just goofing around. But at the track, and from a light, whole different story altogether with. He can just catch up past the 1/4.

I dont race from a roll to often. I know what I can and cant do. Thats why I limit my races.
