did not have hesitation till tune-up.
repaced cap & rotor-conrad
ngk plugs @ 32
taylor plug wires
cut 1/16 off of boots that go to cap
all wires seem to have good connection, they "lock" onto plugs.
truck runs great at anything below 13 psi.
should i just replace everything again?

Being that you mentioned shaving off 1/16" on the coil side of the Taylor wires for good measure, I'm guessing that you already read my post here. If you haven't already checked your ignition coil, check it first. If that checks out, I would check fuel pressure while going WOT. This is to confirm that fuel pressure is increasing 1 psi per pound of boost. If you have a fuel pressure gauge, you're set. If not, you will have to get "creative".

Also check your plug gap, with a MSD-6A I had to set my gap at 28 with NGK UR6IX part # 7348 to make everything good.

Re: did tune-up getting hesitation at >13 psi

update:
replaced coil-still hesitates above 13 psi:(
replaced ngk plugs with cr42ts gapped at 35:now hesitates at any boost level:rant:
i hate my syclone.
i think that one of the plug wires might be screwed up and with me pulling them off and on i may have just made a bad connection worse.
i'll update when i replace wires

Gap the plugs at 28, And check to see if you knocked off a Vacume line off the Regulator

I think you're one spot off with your wires on the dissy. When I did my tune up I did the same thing, but I didn't drive it. I just knew there was something off. Make sure you have the right sequence of wires on the dissy and start rotating them around.

If you're not certain about your firing order, use this.

well, i slowly replaced all the new plug wires, with the ones i took off .
first, passenger side: still bad hesitation.
second: coil wire: same
third: drivers side wires: BAM, no hesitation, 18 psi, the sy is back.
ill tell you what, a bad brand new part can drive you crazy.

Are you sure it was bad or did you have them crossed? Or possibly touching each other?

Hmm. Weird. Usually the taylors are good. That's what I'm using right now.

It's just a six

That's good you found it.
In my book, just because it's new does not mean it works.
I put a brand new auto pilot computer ($250,000 part) in a Gulfstream & it did not work.
Now, ,,,,go spank some Gixxers!
