I have several parts I wanted to post for sale but when I try to post in the members market place, I get this message.

Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.
I have searched for classified rules but can't figure out what I'm doing wrong. Can someone provide me a link that would help me understand this.I figure that it must be do to the fact that I'm new and need to be a member for a specified period of time before I can sell parts.
