How many days does it take for a new account to be come active?

I sold my Syclone # 460 (hence the user name) earlier this year, and would like to open a new account that accommodates the new truck. I registered 2_60b4u, but after a couple days I'm still not allowed to post on the forum. Any ideas????

man it took about a week for me to be able to post something then all of a suden they sent me a email saying i could
