Will Clevite CB663P rod bearings work for both stock and L35 rods?

Um, why you asking about rod bearings?

Should work for both though, you will need to know how much under the crank is turned.

Are you using these or the 4.3L bearing (CB1358P)? LB4 and L35 rods are no different in regards to bearing usage.

I'm not sure yet. I got the part # from http://www.sytyauthority.net/. Is CB1358P a better part #?

The part number on syty authority CB-663P is wrong, they are for a v8.

Correct, CB663P is the SBC V8 rod bearing. CB1358P is for the 4.3L.
For the same reason that we cannot use the SBC rod in our engine, you cannot use the SBC rod bearing (.842/.940 width vs .753 width)
