What kind is it? Turbo ID please.

Heres a turbo i came across not sure what the specs are on it. I know it is an Innovative dual BB and it looks like a 66 housing and a 70 A/R exhaust, what Horsepower lvl will this turbo be good for? going on a motor with brodix heads, F.A.S.T and 75# injectors.

Hard to say, we need to know what trim turbine wheel.
