Rob,
What's the weight limit on your lift? Will it lift a full size P/U? I need my muffler welded. Also, anyone a good TIG welder? I can bring the equipment, I just don't want my practice welding be on something that i need. :)

Weather Update:

The central area's extended dry season ended abruptly about 7 days ago - It's been raining every day since. The current rain forecast for Saturday is 50% and Sunday 40%. We'll try to keep everyone reasonably dry, but it may get a little crowded if we have a 'perfect storm' of max people and max precipitation. Let's hope that the Sunshine State comes through for the event.

What to Bring:
Folding chairs; Folding car tents; Sunblock (for the optimists); Rain jacket (for the realists); PlayStation II games (never upgraded to III); laptops (wireless wideband in the house - doesn't seem to work well in the garage, though); kids lawn games.

Meals:
We'll have burgers/chickens/dogs for the grill, plus snack items, sodas and water. Also tentative planned excursions to WingHouse (Saturday) and Cracker Barrel for Sunday brunch.

Critters:
We share our house with 3 cats - Fair warning to those who might have allergies. We also have a 220 gallon freshwater fish tank that should keep the kids amused for a few minutes.

I think that's everything for now. Post here if I didn't get your questions answered.

Keith,
It's a 2-post, 10K lift - should do the trick.

ready to go i guess....sorta....truck needs a quickie wash, but i'll worry about that later.

Ive got my engine tie down, need to knock in the DP better and want to change my trans filter. Gary's vac kits are sitting on the pass seat so I dont forget them this time around.

If anyone is coming that knows how to tune Code59 and not blow shit up, my truck is available for tuning.

Im not able to leave. I fired all my installers last night and now have to work all weekend to keep my projects on schedule. I am doomed not to make it back to Florida!

Re: FAST/GAST Memorial Meet 2009

Thanks to Mona and Rob for hosting the 09 Memorial Meet at their place. I think we had a total of 10 trucks. Props to everyone who helped out in the brake job fiasco on Rob's Ty and helping me with the stuff on my Sy.

Im still running super lean while cruising, so will have to figure that prob out when me and Ian go do some recorded runs on the truck. Got to play with a C5 Z06 on the way home and him and his girl gave me the thumbs up while screaming out the window "THAT TRUCK IS BADASS!!!!"

Good time and it was great to see everyone again along with the new faces.

He changed in and out of that shirt more times then a super model changes her clothes at a fashion show. It was a blast none the less. Good times people....

I actually havent taken it off since Miami. It was definitely ripe....maybe I should have stood in the rain longer so it could have gotten a bit cleaner.
