We have a signed contract with the Hotel thanks to Joe Keller and Jimmy for the help here.
They have reserved a block of 40 rooms per night for us (30 queen, 10 king). The hotel is ~90 rooms though.
I would like to see us fill ALL 40 rooms, actually I want to see us fill all 90 rooms.
The room rate is $79.00 per night. They are also going to include a $5.99 coupon for the breakfast they serve at the hotel. (normal price is $10). You can choose to use it at the hotel or there are MANY other food places around also. From what I saw it looks like a fairly well done breakfast and worth the $5.99 for sure.
Hotel Features I noticed:
If you do reserve a room post for what nights here if you don't mind, then we can have a basic idea of # of rooms reserved.
Deadline for this rate is July 15 so don't delay. Remember they won't charge your card until you arrive at the hotel anyways so it cost you nothing to reserve a room. (just be sure to cancel if plans change, contract reads 30 days prior or 10% of the first days room $7.90 if your math isn't great).
They are working on a direct website link for us also, should be ready early next week at the latest so you can book online.

- Off the main hiway away from a lot of traffic.
- Lots of food and other stores around (mall just a few blocks)
- ~5 miles to the track
- 92 rooms so we could probably "own" the hotel
- Staff was friendly
- Said they would supply buckets/towels for car wash
- Nice meeting room
- Nice Outdoor area we could have food catered into.
- They serve a "fancy" cont breakfast.
- Easy to get in/out of.
