Checked the wiring after the retard that worked on it put it back together.
So far I have hazards, turn signals (all 4 on each side!), high beams and power to the fogs though the lamps are u/s.
Rear RHS lightbulb blew so I need new ones for that as well as the park lights
Brake sensor not getting depressed due to Hydroboost being too short - how to get around this?
ECM is blank due to PROMinator having no BIN file and my data cable is too short
The immobiliser is preventing me fron cranking the engine. Going to try and test for the fuel pump tomorrow. Ordered some parts for the turbo/intercooler problem
Found a shitload of goop in the rear RHS brake/turn lamp...anyone seen this before? It was like putty and sticky - almost thought it was pay dough?
Tomorrow I rip out the immobiliser and try and turn the engine over.
Also, my HI/LO beam switch in the steering column appears to be U/S

I removed my transfer case to rebuild the viscous today. its been skipping around turns and its all over the road. Just couldnt take it anymore.

Ran the + lead to the cutoff sw at the rear with nice clips and all. Welded a 2nd o2 bung in so I can run both o2's. Mounted the ground cable to the frame. (Wonder what would happen if I tried to start it with the starter having to find ground through all the other circuits? Yikes.) Few more details like bringing the bat cables to the cutoff then I can crank the motor with plugs out which will finish priming/purging the oil system. Installed oil filter for the turbo. Bunch of other detail stuff.
Seems like the more I get done the more there is to do.
Depending on when the chip gets here I hope to start it this week. Video is planned.

Never found that on any of the other connectors on the truck so why that one? Would black RTV do ok as a replacement? I pulled most of it out...
Today I did some more stuff:
wired up fuel pump and tested it with the jumpre on the relay (orange to grey) for a second or two.
wired up the licence plate lights
new front fogs
rear park/brake lights
reconnected the ABS and all the pipes. I must have caught a bug from Mike as I started to enjoy polishing them.

Nope use dialectric grease or spark plug boot protectant

I put the jeep shaft in ,what a pita with them headers,i have not driven it yet but it seems alot tighter

took out about 100 feet of shitty stereo wiring
rewired head unit (factory harness gone), installed new dash speakers (there werent any)
got the indiglo (i think) gauges to work
got plenty left to do, RPM exhaust, rewire pillar gauges with new pod, install my vac. line kit, abs delete.

I for my front KYB shocks in then I went to pull it of of the garage to spin it around and do the back well my brake pedel went to the floor no big deal I thought because I changed the front rotors to the cross drilled ones I picked up. get it turned around and lookd down to a puddle of brake fluid now I have a line to replace!! On a brighter note got all 4 monomax's in and my rotors swapped and my C6's on her! Gonna do brake shoes and pads when I replace the line!.

Motor came up missing this morning. I think it took off for the machine shop, I sure hope it returns someday.

removed junk immobiliser and reconnected the ignition - turned the engine over from inside the truck!!

connected ABS lines and examined e-brake lines - need some parts (parts wanted section)
connected intercooler piping to turbo and IC
programmed PCS TCU with base file
tried to burn a BIN to my PROMinator - failed to verify - trying Tuner Pro this evening
