Poll - 2002 Bmw M3 Rims Mounted "Yeah or Neah?"

Hi all,

Poll question is .... Do they look good on the Sy? Sorry truck not washed as it's too cold outside...

I found a sweet deal, or so I believe, on staggered set of '02 BMW M3 OEM Rims with 6 used tires for $450. Got them last week and trialed this week. I'd long been wanting to get a set of 18 inch Harmann H2s but these I had to try...

They're 18 X 8.5 on all corners with offset at 47 front and 26 rear. Tires presently are 225 x 45 - 18 front and 255 x 40 - 18. Fit is good only thing front caps wont stay on due to threads on universal poking out too far. I think optimal offset would have been 13mm by 38mm but the 1 cm difference is barely noticeable to me. Rear has 1" drop block, rest is stock.

They look good. Not bad at all. Just need to cover up the bmw logo on the center caps.

Btw you can cut off the excess thread on the fronts so the center cap fits.

It's tough trying to find something that fits, looks good & is different than anyone else has.
I looked at those when I wanted to change out wheels on the Sy.

They look pretty good. Just change out the centercap or paint to match. If you wanted you could have some GMC decals made & put on the centercap.

Looks pretty good, nice to see something different. Only thing that irks me is the lugnuts. Closed ones or caps might finish it off.

They look decent, you can buy blank center caps with no logo on them.

Yep, I've got to get the little inner caps changed, possibly find a little black GMC sticker or make one up.

Also got to get a new set of black closed lug nuts...

Ride is a bit stiffer too I'm finding,

Think it'll be summer time rims

WITHOUT the bmw centercaps, otherwise :tup: Sounds like you got a good deal too. That's practically the price of ONE Hamman H2, good luck finding H2s for that cheap.

I like...not jumping up and down crazy, but its different from the norm, which I think helps. I like the photochopped black rims better than the stock silver :2cents:

they look pretty sporty especially once you get those front caps to fit. too bad those s-03 pole positions are so worn, theyre a really great tire.
